Like most folks in our society, Angela experienced trauma as a child which resulted in symptoms of PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety. She struggled with low self-confidence, negative self talk, and even suicidal ideation at points. Angela knew a better quality of life was possible and went searching for solutions. She found a holistic approach was most effective at making her feel joyously alive.
Psychotherapy, self-development workshops, spiritual retreats, daily practices, movement, nutrition, bodywork, breathwork, energy medicine, and more! Angela fell in love with not only healing herself, but passing these tools onto others. Angela dreams of a kind and just world and believes deep personal healing is a necessary step for collective harmony.
